This Subscription Policy applies to all subscription-based purchases made through the Délorien website. By purchasing a subscription product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy. This policy is designed to provide clear information, prevent misunderstandings, and ensure compliance with consumer, payment, and subscription regulations.
Subscriptions are offered for customer convenience and provide recurring deliveries according to the plan selected at checkout. Because subscription orders are prepared and allocated in advance, specific rules apply to billing, cancellation, and refunds.
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Délorien to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan chosen during checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless the customer cancels, pauses, or skips the subscription prior to the next scheduled billing date.
By completing a subscription purchase, you explicitly consent to automatic recurring charges and ongoing fulfillment until the subscription is modified or canceled by you.
2. Billing, Automatic Renewal, and Authorization
Subscription orders are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The billing date is determined by the original purchase date and repeats at the interval selected at checkout, such as monthly or bi-monthly.
By entering payment information and confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize us to store your payment details securely and charge them automatically for future subscription renewals.
After each successful subscription charge, you will receive an order confirmation email. Failure to receive or open this email does not affect the validity of the charge.
3. Managing, Pausing, or Canceling Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date. This includes canceling, pausing, or skipping upcoming orders.
Subscriptions can be managed by logging into the customer account associated with the order or by contacting our customer support team.
Requests to modify or cancel a subscription must be made before the billing date. Requests received after a renewal charge has been processed cannot be applied retroactively.
Our support team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us with sufficient time before the billing date.
4. No Cancellation After Charge
Once a subscription renewal has been successfully charged, the order is considered final.
After a charge has been processed, the subscription order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. This applies regardless of whether the order has already shipped or is still in processing.
This policy exists because subscription inventory is allocated, prepared, and scheduled specifically for fulfillment based on confirmed billing.
5. Non-Refundable Subscription Orders
All subscription renewal orders are non-refundable once charged.
Customers are responsible for monitoring upcoming billing dates and managing their subscription settings accordingly. Failure to cancel, pause, or modify a subscription before the billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund.
This rule applies to all subscription products, including both supplement and non-supplement items.
6. Supplement Subscription Products
Certain subscription products are classified as supplement or wellness products. These products are subject to additional health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Due to these considerations, supplement subscription orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once charged. This applies regardless of whether the product appears unopened or unused.

7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review subscription details, monitor billing dates, and manage or cancel subscriptions before renewal.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that subscription products are suitable for their personal use, health conditions, and circumstances.
Failure to manage a subscription prior to billing does not qualify for cancellation or refund after a charge has been processed.
8. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer
Subscription products are intended for use by adults aged 18 years or older.
Subscription products are not intended for use by individuals who are pregnant or nursing unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
9. Policy Acceptance and Agreement
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the automatic renewal nature of the subscription, that you have the ability and responsibility to cancel prior to billing, and that all subscription renewal orders are final once charged.
10. Policy Changes
Délorien reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy before purchasing or renewing a subscription.
