While our primary market is the United States, customers may place orders from most countries worldwide. Availability may vary depending on local carrier coverage and regulations.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Subscription orders are processed automatically after a successful subscription charge.


3. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 4–11 business days, depending on destination and carrier

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Seasonal demand, promotions, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may extend delivery times


4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Because shipping is provided at no cost to the customer, shipping fees are not refundable.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information
  • Tracking updates are provided automatically by the delivery service
  • Additional tracking updates may be sent as the carrier updates shipment status

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information once it has been provided.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

In most cases, customers—particularly within the United States—will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes.

If customs duties or taxes are unexpectedly applied:

  • We may cover these costs upon review
  • Customers must provide clear documentation confirming the charges and linking them to the specific order

Requests without proper documentation may not be approved.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.


8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Labor strikes
  • Seasonal volume surges
  • Governmental or regulatory actions

We will communicate with customers when significant delays occur whenever possible.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier:

  • We will arrange for a replacement shipment once verification is complete

Refunds are not automatically issued unless a replacement is not feasible.

Damaged Packages

Damaged items are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and require supporting documentation.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to claim a shipment:

  • The order will not be automatically refunded
  • We require full documentation and carrier confirmation before reviewing the case

We strongly recommend accepting delivery and contacting us to arrange a return if needed. This allows us to assist more efficiently and fairly.

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, and shipping will take around 3-7 business days depending on your location. We ship to all countries except some Islands.

Do you ship to my country?

We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country
