This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Délorien website. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to provide full transparency, protect customer safety, and ensure compliance with applicable consumer, health, and payment regulations.

Délorien sells wellness, personal care, and supplement-related products that may directly interact with the body or skin. Because of the nature of these products and the international scope of our shipping, specific and strict return and refund rules apply. These rules are clearly communicated before purchase and are enforced consistently.


1. General Return Policy and Eligibility

Délorien offers a 90-day return window for products that are eligible for return. The 90-day period starts on the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met. The item must be completely unused, unworn, and untested. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging must be intact and included. The item must show no signs of use, handling, opening, damage, alteration, or tampering.

Items that have been opened, used, tested, partially used, or handled beyond basic inspection are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


2. Product Categories and Return Rules

Because different product types carry different hygiene, safety, and regulatory risks, our return policy is divided into clearly defined product categories.


2.1 Supplement and Wellness Products

Certain products sold on our website are classified as supplement or wellness products. This category includes, but is not limited to, sleep patches and any product designed to be absorbed by, applied to, or interact with the body or skin.

Due to strict health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations, all supplement and wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. This applies regardless of whether the product appears unopened, unused, or unused according to the customer.

Once a supplement product has been delivered, Délorien can no longer guarantee the safety or integrity of the product. Even if a product appears unopened, there is no reliable method to verify how it has been handled after delivery. For example, the packaging may have been opened and resealed. The product may have been stored improperly. The product may have been exposed to heat, cold, humidity, or sunlight. The product may have been contaminated or manipulated. There is no way to confirm that the product has not been altered in any manner.

Because supplement products are intended to affect the body, reselling or restocking returned supplement products would pose a potential health risk to other customers. For this reason, supplement and wellness products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

This rule applies even if the product was only opened briefly or claims to be unused.


Damaged on Arrival Exception for Supplement Products

The only exception to the non-returnable and non-refundable rule for supplement and wellness products is if the product arrives damaged during shipping.

To qualify for this exception, all of the following conditions must be met. The product must remain unopened. The damage must be reported within 90 days of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence must be provided. Proof that the damage occurred during shipping must be included, such as visible shipping damage, carrier confirmation, or tracking documentation.

If these conditions are met and the claim is approved, Délorien may offer a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion.


2.2 Non-Supplement Products

Products that are not classified as supplement or wellness products may be eligible for return within 90 days of delivery, provided all eligibility conditions listed in Section 1 are met.

If a returned item shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration, the return will be refused. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


3. Subscription Orders and Recurring Payments

All subscription renewal orders are final once payment has been successfully processed.

Subscription renewal orders are non-refundable. Subscription renewal orders are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling their subscription before the next billing date. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund. Detailed instructions regarding subscription management are available in our Subscription Policy.


4. Return Authorization Process

All return requests must be submitted to and approved by our support team before any items are sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund. Return instructions will only be provided after approval.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Délorien is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.


5. Return Fees and Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A return processing fee of 10 USD, 10 EUR, or 10 GBP per product will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers international logistics handling, inspection, administrative processing, and restocking operations.

Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier after investigation, Délorien will arrange a replacement shipment when possible.

Refunds for lost packages are not automatically issued and will only be considered if a replacement shipment is not feasible.

Delays caused by customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or peak periods do not qualify as lost shipments.


7. Refund Processing and Timelines

Once an approved return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take between one and five business days.


8. Exchanges

Délorien does not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers wishing to receive a different product must place a new order. Any eligible return must follow the standard return authorization process.


9. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, all supplement and wellness products, and all subscription renewal orders are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.


10. Policy Updates and Modifications

Délorien reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy before placing an order.
